The young artists form the 5 year old class did simple yet
very beautiful art works using only tissue paper and water. It was a fun
process-focused lesson that gives us many possibilities for interventions and
progression. We simply cut out pieces of brightly colored tissue paper,
arranged them in our preferred way of color combination, and add some water on
top. We learned that when the tissue paper gets wet, the dye begins to bleed and so the different colors transfer on the picture. There were so many “wows” at the end
of the art class.
