Artists Preparing for the Art Auction

Works from multiple artistic disciplines are being created by our talented artists. Group and individual art pieces will be sold to the highest bidder. All proceeds will go to the earthquake victims from Turkey and Syria.

 

Zines

There are no set-in-stone rules for making zines. A zine can be about anything you’re interested in. Really! There are all kinds of zines including: fanzines (a zine about something or someone you love), cooking zines full of recipes and tips, comic zines, art zines, poetry zines, and personal zines where people write about their daily lives.   

In the AFTER School activity “Make your own zine” we learned few techniques on how to make A3 zines by special way of folding the paper that you can later copy it on a copier machine and have multiple copies of one zine that you can later share. Students had so much fun creating and publishing their zines.
