Learn to Think Like an Artist

My hope is that all of my students will gain something important from participating in art class and that it will be a meaningful experience. Students in this classroom will have a lot of freedom in their choices on how to express artistically. My goal is to help them focus not so much on product but help them enjoy the process through which they’ll learn to think creatively, to generate ideas, find inspiration, solve problems, collaborate, talk about art and develop an understanding of how art reflects and impacts life and individuals.
